Start in the Summer…

Starting your health journey in the summer is such a hack…

In the summer the days are longer and brighter and people are happier and life is just better (usually)… Can you tell I’m a fan of summer?

Here’s actually why it’s a great time to get started with your health goals though…

Increased Motivation and Energy:

Longer days and more sunlight during summer can boost mood and energy levels. Motivation makes it easier to start new health habits.

Sunlight exposure is also linked to higher levels of serotonin, a hormone that can help improve mood and make you feel more energized.

More Opportunities for Outdoor Activities:

Summer offers a variety of outdoor activities, these activities provide fun and engaging ways to get exercise into your routine.

Abundance of Fresh, Healthy Foods:

Summer brings fresh fruits and vegetables AND it’s farmers' market season!!!

Eating a variety of fresh foods can provide you with more vitamins and minerals that support overall health and can help make eating healthier more enjoyable!
